Frequently Asked Questions

What is Galanati?

Galanati is the ancient Indigenous name for the botanical plant commonly known today as cannabis. In our tradition, Galanati is more than a product — it’s a sacred plant spirit used for healing, clarity, and ritual.

Unlike the modern commercial name “marijuana” (which has colonial and criminalized roots), Galanati represents the original, lawful, and medicinal essence of the plant — as it was used by our ancestors.

Is Is There a Difference Between Galanati and Marijuana?

Yes. While chemically similar, the difference lies in:

  • Intent: Galanati is used for spiritual wellness and ancestral alignment — not for recreation or public sale.
  • Context: Marijuana is a regulated commodity in the public. Galanati is a sacred plant administered privately.
  • Jurisdiction: Marijuana is governed by federal and state law. Galanati is shared through spiritual, cultural, and treaty rights within private Indigenous spaces.

How Do I Access These Offerings?

To receive Galanati or any service, you must:

  1. Become a private member through our Indigenous Association
  2. Agree to our Private Member Agreement
  3. Offer a suggested donation for the sacred service you’re requesting

We do not sell Galanati to the public. We offer it only as a private spiritual gift in exchange for support of the Association.

What Are the Suggested Offerings?

Suggested donations vary based on:

  • Weight of Galanati requested (1g, 3.5g, 7g, 14g, or 28g)
  • The ceremonial purpose of the delivery
  • Any added services (e.g., spiritual consultation, herbal preparation, or packaging)

For example:

  • 3.5g Galanati + Private Membership Access → $40 suggested donation
  • 7g Galanati + Herbal blessing + Member packet → $75 suggested donation

All donations are voluntary, final, and given in good faith to support our spiritual mission.

Do You Deliver?

Yes. We offer private local delivery to verified members only. After your donation is received:

  • You’ll get a confirmation text or email
  • A private courier will deliver to your address discreetly
  • You’ll receive updates on assignment and delivery status

Delivery areas may vary by zone and member location.

Is This Legal?

We do not operate as a cannabis dispensary or retailer. We are:

  • A private Indigenous Association
  • Operating under Natural Law, Treaty Law, and the right to spiritual association
  • Offering sacred tools to voluntary members only

This model is supported by U.S. Supreme Court rulings protecting the right to private association and religious/spiritual expression. Our services are not open to the public and are exempt from ordinary licensing frameworks.

Final Note

Galanati is more than smoke. It’s ceremony. It’s medicine. It’s the return of the ancestors through fire and breath. If you feel called to walk this path — join us in the private.
